Job summary

Copello Global is seeking a capable Programme Manager to oversee multiple concurrent projects in defence/maritime environments. The role requires eligibility for UK Security Clearance and will involve close collaboration with engineering teams, Project Managers and customers in Portsmouth, UK.

Responsibilities include managing plans, budgets and risks, building stakeholder relationships, and providing regular updates to senior stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with the required

We’re looking for a capable Programme Manager to oversee multiple concurrent projects, working closely with engineering teams, Project Managers and customers to ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and supporting Project Managers and delivery teams
• Managing programme plans, schedules, risks, dependencies and milestones
• Building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
• Strong experience overseeing programme finances, including cost forecasting, budgeting and financial performance.
• Supporting bids, proposals and new business activity
• Managing resource requirements and delivery priorities
• Providing programme updates to senior stakeholders
