Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking a skilled Multi-Trade Operative to join a national maintenance and refurbishment provider. The role covers MOD sites across Marham, Honington, Swanton Morley, Bury St Edmunds and Thetford.

The candidate must have a Full UK Driving Licence (manual) and UK Security Vetting, with NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 or equivalent experience. Benefits include a company vehicle, BYOD allowance, pension and life assurance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carrying out plastering repairs to a high standard.
• Undertaking plumbing repairs and minor installations (desirable).
• Completing carpentry works, including repairs and basic joinery (desirable).
• Supporting a wide range of general property maintenance tasks.
• Diagnosing faults and delivering effective, lasting repairs.
• Working independently and as part of a wider team.
• Ensuring all works meet safety, quality and customer service standards.
• Using PDA systems to receive and complete job information.
