Job summary

LA International is seeking 4 Software Developers to join a public sector team on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in the office across Manchester, Blackpool, Leeds, or Newcastle. The role is IR35 inside and requires SC clearance, with readiness for security clearance prior to appointment.

We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds who may not meet every listed requirement. Ideal candidates will have strong Java/Spring Boot experience, familiarity with Kafka and MongoDB, and a good grasp

Qualifications

• Experience with Java and Spring Boot required.
• Knowledge of Kafka and MongoDB required.
• Basic understanding of Docker images and containers.
• Experience with unit testing/TDD.
• Gherkin-style BDD testing, preferably cucumber.
• Experience with at least one CI/CD tool (Jenkins, GitLab or GitHub).
