Job summary

Deloitte Digital London is recruiting a Full Time Graduate in Customer Products. You will join the Security Cleared GPS team and work with Government and Public Sector clients once clearance is granted.

You’ll benefit from the Analyst Induction Programme, buddy support, and in-person onboarding, with a hybrid working pattern balancing office and home.

A minimum 2:1 degree and graduation by September 2027 are required, and eligibility for UK Government SC clearance is essential.

What skills and academic qualifications do I need?

You’ll need to have obtained or be studying towards a minimum 2:1 in any degree discipline and have graduated by September 2027 for the Autumn 2027 intake.

To work in security-cleared roles, candidates must be eligible for and willing to apply for UK Government security clearance. To be considered for this role, you must meet the eligibility requirements for Security Check (SC) clearance. These typically include at least five years’ continuous residency in the UK. What kind of work will I do?

The kind of work you will do will differ depending on the area within Deloitte Digital, tasks across the areas of Deloitte Digital include:

• Help deliver projects for our clients, being a valuable member of the team from day one, collaborating with diverse and talented team members to help solve problems, improve performance and generate value for clients.
• Every project is different, but some examples of responsibilities include:
• Creating innovative deliverables for our clients including materials for workshops, communications, project plans and progress reporting.
• Participating in project workshops and meetings alongside our clients – contributing to discussions, taking actions and minutes.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service, understanding their needs and consistently exceeding their expectations with innovative solutions.
• Provide expert advice and assistance to our clients, tailored to their needs.
• You will deliver tangible, positive changes for public, private, and financial service organisations.
• You will learn new project management methods in a collaborative, team environment.

Where will I work?

At Deloitte we recognise how important face-to-face interaction is for your development in a new role. We also understand that our people need flexibility, which is why we operate a hybrid system, with a combination of office and home working. If you’re in a client-facing role, you might be expected to attend client sites on certain days, while your meetings will be a mix of online and in-person events. Please note your final assessment and induction will also be in-person, to give you the opportunity to network and build relationships.

• You will attend our amazing Analyst Induction Programme (AIP) alongside your Consulting Analyst peer group to learn about our company, culture and how we work – and to build your network here at Deloitte.
• You’ll get an opportunity to practice the key skills you’ll need on client projects. AIP is an in-person event which includes engaging talks, group activities and immersive simulation challenges.
