RedCloud is seeking a Principal Security Engineer to shape security strategy across enterprise IT and our software products. You will lead a skilled security and compliance team, driving robust controls and secure design across the organization.

You will partner with product and IT teams to embed secure development practices, manage risk, and ensure compliance with ISO27001, SOC2 and SOX while enabling business growth. London-based with hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• Experience leading security for enterprise IT and product teams in multinational settings.
• Hands-on with ISO27001, SOC2 and SOX frameworks.
• Ability to align security strategy with business goals and risk posture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the security and compliance team across Enterprise IT and product security.
• Develop and maintain a security strategy covering enterprise and product environments.
• Integrate secure development practices into SDLC with product teams.
• Ensure ISO27001, SOC2 and SOX compliance across systems and processes.
• Identify security risks and drive mitigations while enabling growth.
• Conduct threat modeling, assessments and audits; report actionable insights.
• Promote security awareness through training and advocacy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align security initiatives with business goals.
