The role

We are seeking a Security Specialist looking to advance into an architecture position with cloud experience to join the client-facing Cyber team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and functional experience in a consulting environment.

What your days will look like

Delivering high-quality expertise in security architecture services to clients, providing tailored solutions for their challenges.

Roles and responsibilities

• Work closely with enterprise architects to identify and mitigate risks, perform security reviews, design security practices, and deliver strategic, innovative cloud-based security offerings.
• Propose, design, plan, and execute strategic and tactical operational security objectives.
• Perform deep analysis and develop metrics to measure current risks.
• Identify data sources and drive data collection to evaluate threats effectively.
• Communicate threat intelligence and vulnerability management options.
• Analyze threats and current security controls to identify gaps in the defensive posture.
• Meet with clients and lead workshops.

This role is for you if:

• You have strong experience in security architecture and management, with knowledge of security best practices.
• You have worked with securing network and enterprise cloud applications, ideally GCP, Azure, or AWS.
• You have a strong understanding of security frameworks such as ISO/IEC, NIST-53, or OWASP.
• You possess knowledge of host hardening, auditing, logging, monitoring, network security, SIEM deployments, security analytics, anomaly detection, and PKI.
• You have implemented cloud security models, especially related to identity, network, and encryption.
• You demonstrate understanding of Microsoft security technologies and strategies.
• You have program management skills and experience supporting security transformation and implementation programs.
• You can develop business cases to justify, prioritize, and forecast funding for security initiatives.
