About the Role

Navan is seeking an EMEA Mid-Market Solutions Architect, Expense to join our rapidly growing, global revenue team. Based in our London office, you will play a pivotal role in assisting Account Executives to sell Navan Expense products to new and existing customers within the Commercial market segment. Your expertise in accounting and finance, combined with your knowledge of our expense management platform, will be crucial. Navan Expense has experienced 10x growth in the past year and is used by over 3,000 companies, including SumUp, Fever Tree, DeepL, and Ebury. Your understanding of client needs and strategic insight will help drive revenue and growth. The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert in accounting and finance, eager to develop their leadership skills within a new team at a global SaaS company.

Responsibilities

1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of Navan Expense’s value proposition and platform capabilities.
2. Gain industry knowledge in Travel and Expense Management to effectively leverage our product and support clients in understanding its benefits, thereby supporting B2B sales and revenue growth.
3. Train and elevate the Account Executive team on product features and value propositions.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, product, and implementation teams to gather and relay product feedback.
5. Support prospective clients during sales by presenting tailored product solutions that meet their needs.
6. Contribute to the growth of the division, especially as Navan Expense continues its rapid revenue expansion.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience as an Audit Associate/Senior Associate at a Big Four firm.
• Over 4 years of experience in Accounting/Finance.
• Minimum 1 year experience with month-end close processes.
• Experience engaging with C-Level executives at companies with 100-500 employees.
• Ability to operate in a “Player/Coach” capacity.
• Professional certifications such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
