About this role

An emerging and innovative practice in Central London is looking for a Senior Architect or Associate with 5+ years qualified experience to join their team. As an up-and-coming practice, it's a rare opportunity to join at senior level and become an integral part of the company, which also has offices overseas.

You'll come from a design-led background and have proven experience leading projects and teams, with demonstrable client-facing experience and the ability to handle resources, fees, and other managerial responsibilities. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee design development with the team and detailed design development across all RIBA stages.
  • Strive for design excellence, continuing the high standards of the practice and get the best out of the team.
  • Liaise with the client and maintain good relationships for continued and repeat work.
  • Exhibit technical expertise across all aspects of a project.
  • Understanding of the design and construction process.

Skills and Experience

  • Fully qualified ARB/Part III architect with minimum 5-8 years post-qualification experience.
  • From a design-focused background and experience working on high-quality projects.
  • Mixed-use / residential project experience required and hospitality experience desirable.
  • Demonstrable experience working through all stages with a rigorous approach to technical stages of schemes.
  • Experience liaising with high-profile clients.
  • Good working knowledge of Revit is required.
  • Communication skills with the team, client, and project stakeholders.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
