Thames Water Utilities Limited is recruiting an Assurance Analyst to join the Security Control Centre. You will manage data feeds, create dashboards and reports, and drive compliance across our security estate. The role requires UK NSV/CTC eligibility and a strong analytical mindset.

Based in Reading with hybrid work, the position offers growth within Protective Security and a competitive package including a pension and performance-based rewards.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in an analytical field or substantial work experience in a similar role.
• Data, analytical and insight experience with strong numeracy and analysis skills.
• Experience in developing and writing reports and presenting findings.

Responsabilités

• Create, upkeep and present reports demonstrating compliance with legal requirements.
• Own system health by analyzing large data sets from multiple sources and identify trends.
• Design and create dashboards to present key information clearly.
• Input into contractor performance meetings and reports to improve utilisation.
• Support continuous improvement using data insights for operational/process improvements.
• Oversee maintenance requests and faults ensuring functionality of security systems.
• Support upgrade projects to ensure successful delivery of ESS systems.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to inform IT systems and security equipment strategy.
