Qualifications

• Proven experience as a business/ performance / project analyst or transformation support in a complex organisation.
• Experience in operational risk, assurance, health and safety, security or regulated environments.
• Ability to gather requirements, map processes and translate data into practical recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Understand business needs, risks, processes and improvement opportunities across safety, wellbeing and security.
• Develop clear business requirements, process maps, options analysis and recommendations.
• Produce high-quality analysis, dashboards and papers for senior stakeholders and governance.
• Analyse performance indicators, incident data, audit findings and risk information.
• Support development and maintenance of plans, trackers and performance reporting.
