Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience as a SOC Analyst.
• Experience in Service Provider environment is necessary.
• Strong experience with customer and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage Incident Triage, Investigation, Containment and Eradication.
• Perform containment and eradication during incidents.
• Support Seniors Analysts in internal and client side escalations.
