Job summary

Fuse Energy seeks a hands-on Information Security Analyst to protect our AWS-based infrastructure and on-prem environments. You will own detection pipelines, respond to incidents, and automate security triage while integrating with IT and engineering teams globally.

The role requires deep knowledge of cloud security, incident response, and threat hunting, with ownership mentality and a proactive problem-solving approach.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT/SOC experience with security operations.
• Solid AWS cloud infrastructure knowledge and network basics.
• Scripting in Python to automate triage and response.

Responsibilities

• Escalation point for IT security, IAM, and automation.
• Own end-to-end security monitoring and detection pipelines.
• Write and maintain detection rules aligned with attacker behavior.
• Lead incident response from detection to post-mortem.
• Perform forensic analysis of endpoints and cloud workloads.
• Coordinate with IT/engineering on fixes and policies.
