Job summary

MHR is seeking a security and AI governance specialist to strengthen our security posture as we expand responsible AI across our products and business. Reporting to the Senior Information Security Manager, you will collaborate across teams to promote a strong security culture and ensure governance aligns with industry standards.

You will lead awareness training, manage risk assessments and supplier reviews, and support audits and certifications including ISO 27001, ISO 42001 and SOC 2, helping

• Experience in information security governance, risk and compliance.
• Knowledge of security and AI control frameworks.
• Experience delivering security awareness and training programmes.
• Understanding of supplier and third-party risk management.
• Experience supporting audits, certifications and compliance activities.

Responsibilities

• Promote a strong security culture and establish AI governance.
• Lead security and AI awareness initiatives and training programs.
• Oversee risk assessments and supplier reviews.
• Support compliance with ISO 27001, ISO 42001, SOC 2 and Cyber Essentials.
• Provide assurance to customers on security and responsible AI.
