Job summary

Spectrum IT Recruitment is seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst to help shape secure adoption of new technologies. You’ll focus on AI and emerging tech, acting as a trusted security adviser to projects and stakeholders.

Based in Hampshire with hybrid work—3 days in the office. You’ll collaborate across the business on risk, governance and assurance activities and build strong relationships with internal teams, clients and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience in an information security or cyber security role.
• Strong understanding of security risk, governance and data protection.
• Experience advising on technology projects or business change.
• Relevant security or data protection qualifications would be beneficial.
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on security risks and controls across technology, AI and transformation projects.
• Lead risk, privacy and security assessments, ensuring security is considered from the outset.
• Support security governance, policies, compliance and assurance activities.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients and third-party suppliers.
