Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking an AI Engineer to develop and optimise AI agents and LLM-powered applications that enhance our Security Operations capabilities. You will craft production-ready workflows that integrate with security tooling and accelerate threat detection and response.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of AI/ML engineering experience.
• Hands-on with AI agents and LLM-powered apps in production.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock or Vertex AI.
• Strong LLM concepts, vector databases, context windows.
• Experience with RAG pipelines end-to-end.
• Experience parsing pipelines for document processing.
• Knowledge of AI security risks and mitigation.
• Experience in enterprise governance frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries.
• Ability to build tools interacting with LLMs.
• Strong REST API understanding for integrations.

Responsibilities

• LLM configuration, prompt engineering, RAG, and tool calling.
• Design and build AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Secure configuration and safeguards against adversarial inputs.
• Architect modular, scalable AI solutions with secure dev principles.
• Governance: data handling, audit logging, human-in-the-loop controls.
• Cost management of LLM usage and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with security engineers and SOC analysts.
• Produce technical documentation for ongoing management.
