Job Title: Security Administration Officer

Location: Onsite at Reading

Contract Details: Temporary (26th May 2025 - 30th June 2025)

Responsibilities:

Join our dynamic team as a Security Administration Officer and play a crucial role in supporting a secure facility for various governmental entities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing BPSS and SC vetting applications, assisting the Vetting Manager.
• Executing security-related administrative duties to support Security Controllers.
• Acting as the Security Subject Matter Expert for facility users and visitors.
• Managing group mailboxes for vetting and secure facility operations.
• Ensuring the legitimate and secure use of the facility.
• Escorting contractors for facility maintenance.
• Staying updated on security issues within the defence industry.
• Participating in monthly reviews with Security Controllers.
• Providing office cover for another Security team as needed.
• Assisting with security audits and reviews.

Familiarity with the Defence Sector and UK National Vetting System.

Qualifications:
