Job summary

Leasys UK is seeking an Accounting Specialist – Securitisation to own the end-to-end accounting lifecycle of securitisation programmes, including servicer reporting, SPV accounting and waterfall execution. The role also supports management accounting for Leasys UK and balance-sheet reconciliations; strong governance and controls are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA preferred; part-qualified candidates with relevant experience may be considered.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with complex data sets, models and reporting templates.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end securitisation accounting lifecycle for SPVs and related structures.
• Prepare monthly servicer and investor reporting, and oversight of waterfall calculations.
• Coordinate with UK Finance, Treasury, Operations and Group Treasury on data flows and reconciliations.
• Support management accounting for Leasys UK; balance-sheet reconciliations and quarterly/annual reporting.
