Job summary

James Joseph Associates Limited in London is seeking a Securities Lending Onboarding Manager to own client onboarding and the functional aspects of technical implementations within a fintech delivery team.

You will configure services, map data, design test scenarios, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and resolve delivery issues while collaborating with engineers and clients. A strong capital markets background in securities lending, repo, or corporate actions is required.

Qualifications

Essential capital markets experience in one or more: securities lending, repo, corporate actions or SFTR.
Experience in functional implementation, client onboarding, technical delivery or data analysis.
Strong data analysis and data mapping skills.
Knowledge of connectivity methods such as SFTP and messaging queues (MQ).
Methodical approach to testing and documentation.

Responsibilities

Deliver client implementations, configuring services, accounts and relationship mappings for onboarding.
Analyse inbound data files, map fields, identify gaps and resolve data quality issues.
Design and execute test scenarios, support UAT, track defects to resolution.
Support connectivity and integration testing with clients and internal teams.
Collaborate with engineers on mapping rules and testing of bespoke solutions.
Maintain implementation documentation and test evidence; flag risks early.
