Responsibilities

• Review communications regarding market settlement practice changes.
• Assess impact to operations and manage related IT development.
• Take primary responsibility for all Transfer of Work and Business Continuity for global teams.
• Provide Lending subject matter expertise to operational projects and new product initiatives.
• Lead Outsourcing certification process for Trade Support and Collateral.
• Complete documentation in Coupa.
• Provide cover to Trade Support and Collateral Manager in London.
• Oversee and support offshore teams and track KRIs/KQIs.
• Act as responsible party for all Audit and CASS activity for Trade Support and Collateral teams.
• Engage with industry bodies such as the International Securities Lending Association.
