Job summary

In-Comm Training & Business Services Ltd seeks a Sector Lead to head the Professional Development team in the West Midlands. You will coach assessors and tutors, drive improvements, and ensure outstanding learner experiences across programmes.

The role requires leadership qualifications, experience managing teams, and a thorough understanding of Ofsted standards and IQA processes. You will blend strategic oversight with hands-on coaching to raise standards.

Qualifications

• L4 Project Management qualification and proven experience leading projects.
• L5 Leadership & Management qualification or higher.
• Experience of leading and managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted standards and IQA processes.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills; ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to coach and mentor learners and monitor performance data.

Responsibilities

• Head up the Professional Development team.
• Coach and develop assessors and tutors.
• Drive continuous improvement across programmes.
• Ensure every learner receives an outstanding experience.
