Job summary

Centric Talent in Brighouse, West Yorkshire is seeking a motivated Section Leader to join our Distribution team. You will lead your team to deliver against operational targets, ensuring on-time order fulfilment and continuous improvement across processes.

This role focuses on developing people, driving performance, and creating a positive, inclusive work environment, while owning ideas through to delivery and supporting reporting and data analysis, with a strong emphasis on health and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams and improving performance.
• Strong communication for briefings, updates and reporting.
• Proactive in driving process improvements and lean initiatives.
• Familiar with Excel, databases and email systems.
• Knowledge of Lean principles and data‑driven decision making.
