Job summary

Manpower is currently seeking an interim Distribution Centre Team Leader to support a trusted client in Leeds. The role is full-time for an initial 12-month period, based in Tingley, Leeds, with 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

There is potential for the role to extend beyond the initial term based on business needs. This role would suit an experienced Supervisor, FLM, Shift Manager or Team Leader looking to advance their leadership career within a highly regulated, customer-focused

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a team in a fast-paced operational or distribution environment.
• Strong focus on customer service, quality, and delivery performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to ensure outbound orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, quality and productivity, driving continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop team members with regular feedback and development plans.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Quality and Transport to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, minimising risk to delivery.
