Our operation runs 24/7, with various shift patterns. We seek flexible working arrangements, but late and weekend shifts are required. We may need to be flexible with your work pattern.
As a Section Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for your team. Your responsibilities include training colleagues, communicating messages during team 'huddles', ensuring product availability, and planning overtime and holidays to meet customer expectations.
