We are seeking a Shop Supervisor to join our team. Responsibilities include:

• Managing daily shop operations
• Driving sales growth
• Training, developing, and motivating staff
• Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance
• Collaborating with the Shop Manager to achieve goals

Requirements include retail management experience, preferably in a food environment, and a strong work ethic with a proactive "can do" attitude.
