About the Role

To be employed in this role, you must be over the age of 18.

Our operation runs 24/7, requiring flexible shift patterns including late evenings and weekends. We will work with you to accommodate your preferred shifts, but flexibility is essential for this role.

As a Section Leader, you will be the first point of contact for your team, assisting with training and communication through team 'huddles'. You will ensure colleagues are scheduled appropriately to maintain product availability and meet customer expectations through effective planning of overtime and holidays.

We will support your training across different areas and ongoing skill development, making this a great opportunity for career growth in retail.
