To be employed in this role, you must be over the age of 18.

Our operation runs 24/7, which involves a variety of shift patterns. We offer flexible working arrangements to fit your lifestyle. Late and weekend work is required, and we may need to be flexible with your schedule.

As a Section Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for your team. Your responsibilities include training colleagues, communicating messages during team huddles, ensuring product availability, and planning overtime and holidays to ensure the right staffing levels.

We will support your training across different areas and encourage your ongoing development in retail, making this a great opportunity for growth.
