About the Role

To be employed in this role, you must be over the age of 18.

Our operation runs 24/7, offering a variety of shift patterns to provide flexible working options. Late and weekend shifts are required, and we may need to be flexible with your work pattern.

As a Section Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for your team. You'll assist with training colleagues, communicate messages during team ‘huddles', and ensure colleagues are available to maintain product availability and meet customer expectations through careful planning of overtime and holidays.

We'll support your training across different areas and help develop your skills, providing a great opportunity for career growth in retail.

You are naturally friendly, eager to learn, and work well with your team to achieve results. You have an enthusiastic approach to learning new skills across departments and are a strong coach, mentor, and motivator. You serve as a role model to colleagues, ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience.
