About the Role

To be employed in this role, you must be over 18.

Our operation runs 24/7, offering a variety of shift patterns. If you're seeking flexible working to fit your lifestyle, this role can accommodate that. However, late shifts and weekends are required, and some flexibility with your work pattern may be needed.

As a Section Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for your team, assist with training colleagues, and communicate messages during team 'huddles'. You'll ensure colleagues are available to maintain product availability and meet customer expectations through careful planning of overtime and holidays.
