Role Overview

As Reservations Supervisor, you will oversee all individual reservations, ensuring routine procedures are followed to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction. You will collaborate with the Groups, Conference, and Events team to develop future and repeat business opportunities. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in daily operations of the Reservations Department
  • Manage telephone and email inquiries professionally and accurately
  • Analyze seasonal and historical trends to optimize occupancy and rates
  • Develop sales leads and respond to sales opportunities
  • Prepare quotations and written confirmations for clients
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues to encourage repeat business
  • Ensure bookings are guaranteed and applicable charges are applied, following Reservations policies
Candidate Profile

We seek a Reservations Supervisor who embodies excellent customer service, organizational skills, and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will:

  • Possess strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Have excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
  • Be committed to delivering high-quality customer service
  • Have high IT proficiency

Preferred qualifications and experience include:

  • Knowledge of hotel property management systems
  • Previous experience in Reservations or Sales within the hotel or leisure sector
  • Relevant degree or qualification in a business discipline
