Balfour Beatty Highways is seeking a Section Engineer to join the A57 Mottram Moor Link Road Scheme in the Manchester/Longdendale area. You will oversee setting out, quality control, and safety management on a major highway project, coordinating with subcontractors to deliver milestones.

Ideal candidates bring experience in complex setting out, ACP familiarity, and a strong grasp of project programmes and contract docs.

Competenze

• Carry out complex setting out
• Understand ACP and tolerances
• Awareness of Specification and contract docs
• Experience with Permit to Work systems
• Use 13-week programme information
• Understand labour and plant reconciliation

Mansioni

• Carry out complex setting out and control
• Produce ACP and Quality records
• Prepare and raise Method Statements and Risk Assessments
• Contribute to weekly programme and KPI targets
• Monitor wastage and budget against KPI targets
• Manage subcontractors' outputs and approvals
