Job summary

Randstad Construction & Property seeks an experienced Section Engineer or senior Site Engineer for major highways and earthworks. You will oversee setting-out, ensure technical control across bulk cut/fill, drainage, and carriageway construction, and lead a team of Site Engineers on site.

Responsibilities include QA, ITP management, and coordinating with subcontractors while enforcing RAMS and site safety policies. UK-based with full driving license is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or construction management.
• CSCS card (gold/black preferred) and SMSTS/SSSTS.
• Proven track record on major civil projects with heavy earthworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee setting-out accuracy and technical control on earthworks and highways works.
• Track progress with lookahead schedules and optimize plant/resource use on site.
• Manage ITP process, review as-built data, and issue TQs for design integration.
