Job summary

EKFB is recruiting a Section Engineer for the Buckingham area to report to the Sub Agent and supervise the site engineering team from construction to close-out. You will assist with temporary works design schemes and liaise with the Sub Agent and Section Foreman to allocate labour, plant and materials to meet standards, programme and budget.

You will monitor and coordinate subcontractors to ensure works meet contractual requirements, ensure the team has current information and resources, and

Qualifications

• HNC/Degree (Construction/Civil Engineering related) or equivalent and working towards institute membership (ICE).
• Demonstration of knowledge and practical application of Site Engineering activities combined with construction supervision skills.
• Experience in Structures and/or Highways is essential for this role.
• SMSTS or SSSTS competence required.
• CSCS White, White/Yellow, Red-Experienced, Black-Manager or Gold-Supervisor card required.
• Full driving license and access to a vehicle required.
