Job summary

Vantage Consulting is seeking a Civil Section Engineer - Water for a major Leicester project. You will provide civil engineering advice to the site team, work closely with the Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor, and ensure delivery to specification on a water-sector site.

The role requires a civil engineering qualification with water-sector experience, plus strong communication to coordinate designers, subcontractors and site management throughout the contract.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering qualification/background is essential.
• Previous water-sector experience is essential.
• Experience as Section Engineer / Site Engineer on water projects.
• Strong understanding of civil construction and site delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Civil Section Engineer - Water

Location: Leicester

Rate: £300-£400 per day

Duration: 6 months

Type: Contract / Site-based

A leading organisation is looking for an experienced Section Engineer with a strong civil engineering and water-sector background to support a major water project in Leicester.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor, providing technical guidance, engineering advice and support to the site team.
