Job summary

Prospero Teaching are seeking an adaptable Secondary Tutor to provide 1:1 educational support to a learner in Wrexham. The role involves delivering structured tuition, building positive relationships and adapting sessions to the learner's strengths and development areas.

The successful candidate will have previous experience teaching or tutoring secondary-aged learners, good knowledge of the secondary curriculum, and the ability to plan engaging, differentiated lessons while maintaining DBS

Qualifications

• Previous experience teaching or tutoring secondary-aged learners.
• Good knowledge of the secondary curriculum.
• Experience supporting learners with additional needs desirable.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Flexible and engaging teaching style.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Two professional child-related references.
