Qualifications

• DBS check required or provided through us.
• EWC registration or ability to register via us.
• Organised, nurturing and outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

• Create a supportive learning environment where pupils want to learn and complete work.
• Prepare resources and carry out administrative tasks.
• Provide feedback to the class teacher outlining behaviours and achievements.
• Uphold school policies related to child protection, health and confidentiality.
• Build trust with pupils by tailoring to individual needs.
