Job Title: Secondary Teaching Assistant

Location: Stockton-on-Tees, County Durham

Pay rate: £75 to £100 per day

Start date: ASAP

Your Role:

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and supporting classroom activities.
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them understand and complete their work.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and supported.
• Help students develop essential skills, including communication, social interaction, and problem-solving.
• Monitor and document student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
• Encourage positive behaviour and support students in managing challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to create a cohesive and supportive educational experience for all students.
