A diverse and inclusive secondary school in Mill Hill is looking for a SEN Learning Support Assistant to join their team in September 2025.

The Role

In this role, you will support pupils with additional learning needs across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. You will work closely with pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis to support their progress across various academic lessons. The ideal candidate should have a calm and consistent approach and be committed to helping pupils overcome learning barriers and achieve progress.

You will collaborate with the SENDCO and subject teachers, providing assessments and reports as needed.

This position is offered on a full-time contract basis for the entire academic year.
