Job Title: Teaching Assistant - Secondary

Payrate: £95 to £105 per Day
Start Date: Immediate

GSL Education is seeking passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team in Doncaster. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside teachers to support students in their learning, provide one-on-one or group assistance, and help create an inclusive classroom environment. This role is ideal for individuals with experience or a strong interest in education who are eager to make a positive impact on young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support classroom teachers in lesson preparation and delivery.
2. Provide tailored assistance to students with varying needs, including SEN and EAL.
3. Help manage classroom behavior and promote a positive learning environment.
4. Assist in developing and implementing educational activities.
5. Foster a nurturing, supportive space for students to thrive.

Requirements:

1. Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. A passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey.
4. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
