Secondary SEMH Teaching Assistant Opportunity in Goole

Academics Agency is excited to offer a full-time, term-time temp to perm position for a committed SEMH Teaching Assistant in a unique and bespoke educational setting in the South Yorkshire area.


The Role:

As a Secondary SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will:

  1. Provide invaluable support for students with SEMH and Autism, fostering confidence and self-esteem.
  2. Collaborate on individualized Educational Healthcare Plans (EHCPs) and Behaviour Plans to meet diverse needs.
  3. Build meaningful relationships that encourage active engagement and trust.
  4. Promote inclusion and independence in a nurturing environment.
  5. Partner with teachers to create a vibrant and positive classroom experience.
