Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting a dedicated Secondary Teaching Assistant to support students across KS3 and KS4 in a Coventry mainstream secondary school. You will assist teachers with classroom activities, help student engagement and learning, and contribute to a positive classroom environment.

The role is part-time and day-to-day with ASAP start, offering ongoing CPD and market-leading pay rates through TeacherActive. A flexible, adaptable attitude and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learning across KS3/KS4.
• Ability to support learning across multiple subjects.
• Understand secondary curriculum and classroom routines.

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream Secondary School in Coventry. The school is looking for a dedicated and adaptable Secondary Teaching Assistant who can provide effective classroom support and help students engage positively with their learning.

The school is looking to take on a Secondary Teaching Assistant for part-time, day-to-day work starting ASAP. The successful Secondary Teaching Assistant will support students across KS3 and KS4, working across a range of different subjects and assisting teachers with classroom activities, student engagement and learning.

The successful Secondary Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience working with students across KS3 and KS4
• Experience supporting learning across a range of different subjects
• A good understanding of the Secondary Curriculum
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A flexible and adaptable approach
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards supporting students' learning
