Are you passionate about supporting young people and making a positive impact in education? Teaching Personnel are seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work in a secondary school in Cardiff.

Whether you're experienced or looking to start your career in education, this role offers a chance to support children aged 11–18 with additional learning needs.

What You'll Do:

• Provide 1:1 and group support to pupils with diverse needs
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons
• Support learning through sensory activities, structured plans, and practical tasks
• Encourage students' emotional and social development
• Create a safe, positive learning environment
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and school staff

You don’t need teaching qualifications – just the right attitude and a passion for helping children succeed. We’re especially keen to hear from those with experience or interest in:

• Youth Work, Care Work, or Support Roles
• Sports Coaching, Mentoring, or Volunteer Youth Programmes
• Education graduates, or anyone considering a future in teaching
