Job summary

First Class Supply are seeking qualified secondary teachers for temporary and longer-term opportunities in Newcastle upon Tyne. A range of daily and longer-term supply roles across subjects will be available to suit your preferences and availability.

You'll need a recognised teaching qualification, eligibility to work in the UK, strong subject knowledge and excellent classroom management. The pay rate depends on experience and qualifications.

A range of daily and longer term opportunities will be available, with many schools looking to develop a supply of regular, local teachers for replacement cover. You will need to quickly establish good working relationships within the teams of various schools.

Roles are available for a range of full and part time hours, meaning we are able to provide you with a position that suits your lifestyle. For those interested in longer term positions, we will be happy to discuss potential roles.
