Job summary

Education Supply Pool is seeking Secondary School Teachers for schools in Caerphilly and surrounding areas. Roles require QTS and relevant UK teaching experience, with a commitment to high standards and student progression.

Registration includes references and enhanced DBS checks. We offer varied day-to-day and long-term placements through a PAYE framework, with competitive rate of £173 per day on approval to the new framework.

Qualifications

• Must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE or a BA in Education.
• Experience of teaching within the UK is required.
• Be able to set high standards and manage classrooms effectively.

Responsibilities

• Teach in secondary classes with engaging and diverse lessons.
• Plan innovative and creative lessons.
• Liaise with staff to deliver curriculum.
• Maintain discipline and manage challenging behaviour.

Successful Secondary School Teachers must:
