Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking a confident and enthusiastic General Cover Teacher to join our team in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire. This full-time, temporary role offers daily pay between £140-£200 depending on experience and a chance to gain experience across a variety of schools.

The ideal candidate will hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification, demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management, be flexible and adaptable, and build positive relationships with pupils and staff while

Pay: £140-£200 per day (dependent on experience)

Teaching Personnel is looking for a confident and enthusiastic General Cover Teacher to join our team on a full-time, temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for adaptable teachers who enjoy variety and making a positive impact in the classroom

The Role:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
• Keep classrooms calm, focused, and engaging
• Follow school behaviour policies and routines
• Support pupils' learning while covering staff absences
• Provide feedback to schools where required

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
