Teaching Personnel is seeking a secondary General Cover Teacher in Dewsbury, UK, for a full-time temporary role. You will deliver pre-planned lessons, keep learners engaged, and follow school routines while covering staff absences.

Ideal candidates hold QTS or an equivalent qualification with strong classroom and behaviour management and recent UK school experience. Competitive daily pay and ongoing CPD/safeguarding support are provided.

Pay: £140–£220 per day (dependent on experience)

Teaching Personnel is looking for a confident and enthusiastic General Cover Teacherto join our team on afull-time, temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for adaptable teachers who enjoy variety and making a positive impact in the classroom

The Role:

• Support pupils’ learning while covering staff absences
• Provide feedback to schools where required

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
• Confident with classroom and behaviour management

• Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Recent experience working in UK schools
