Job summary

Education World is seeking passionate Secondary Supply Teachers to support a range of schools across Sunderland from September 2026. This role offers flexibility for experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to gain valuable classroom experience through supply work.

As a Secondary Supply Teacher you will deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3-5 in your subject area, manage behaviour, maintain continuity of learning, and adapt to academy, maintained and multi-academy trust

Secondary Supply Teachers

Education World has recently engaged with a multi-academy trust to assist in their staffing, so recruitment for this role in ongoing across their sites.

We are looking for passionate and adaptable Secondary Supply Teachers to support a variety of secondary schools across Sunderland from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to gain valuable classroom experience while enjoying the flexibility that supply teaching offers.

As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key Stages 3-5 within your subject specialism. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of behaviour, ensuring continuity of learning, and creating a positive classroom environment where students can thrive.
