Job summary

TeacherActive is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable secondary teachers for supply opportunities across Lambeth. You will deliver engaging lessons and maintain a positive learning environment for KS3 and KS4 in local schools.

Opportunities range from day-to-day supply to longer-term placements, with potential for permanent roles. Roles involve delivering lessons in your subject, managing behaviour, and supporting student learning. PAYE payroll and dedicated consultant support are provided.

Qualifications

• QTS or eligible for QTS; ECTs welcomed.
• Specialism in a relevant subject.
• Experience teaching in a UK secondary school.
• Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management.

Salary: £150- £200 per day

TeacherActive is currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable secondary teachers for supply opportunities across secondary schools in Lambeth. We work with a range of local schools requiring qualified teachers to deliver high-quality lessons and maintain a positive learning environment.

Opportunities are available across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4, with roles ranging from day-to-day supply to longer-term placements. Depending on the assignment, the successful applicant will deliver lessons within their subject specialism, manage classroom behaviour and support students with their learning. Longer-term and permanent opportunities may also be available where suitable.

The successful Secondary Teacher will have:

• QTS (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
• A relevant subject specialism

• Strong knowledge of the relevant curriculum
