Job summary

Monarch Education is partnering with an Alternative Provision setting to recruit a passionate Secondary Teacher. This role focuses on supporting learners who require a more tailored approach to education, with opportunities for long-term placement or a permanent position.

You will deliver engaging lessons, foster a safe and inclusive environment, and collaborate with staff and external professionals to help pupils overcome barriers to education and achieve their potential.

Experience working within Alternative Provision, PRUs, SEMH settings, or with students who have additional needs would be highly desirable.
