Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is recruiting Teaching Assistants and Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in the Shrewsbury and Telford area. Roles include day-to-day cover, with potential for long-term and permanent positions.

You will support students with SEN, supervise classes, and deliver pre-set lessons, with opportunities to progress into teacher training or pastoral roles. Competitive day rate and flexible scheduling offered.

Teaching Personnel is recruiting Teaching Assistants and Cover Supervisors to work across a number of secondary schools in the Shrewsbury and Telford area. Work is available on a day-to-day basis, with opportunities to move into long-term and permanent roles.

About the Schools
These are friendly, community-focused schools with high expectations for both achievement and behaviour. They place a strong emphasis on inclusion and on supporting all students, including those with SEN and those who need extra help, to do well and move confidently on to their next steps. The schools also value their support staff and offer clear routes into pastoral, teaching and leadership roles.

The Role

• Providing in-class support for students with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, and social, emotional and mental health needs
