Job summary

Aspire People is recruiting Secondary Supply Teachers to work across Manchester schools as the new academic year begins. We offer daily, short-term and longer-term placements, with roles spanning specialist subjects or general cover, giving you varied experience in welcoming secondary schools.

ECTs are welcomed, with dedicated consultant support and a smooth onboarding process. A 100 joining bonus is paid after successfully completing the first 10 days of work.

Qualifications

• Must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and be eligible to teach in the UK.
• ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply.
• Be able to provide references covering the last 2 years of employment.
• An enhanced DBS via the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lessons across secondary subjects.
• Support daily, short-term and longer-term placements.
• Collaborate with school staff to meet pupil needs.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.
